When does the Exemption for Free Summer Sales Start?
Officials have officially confirmed that the Freedom Month Sales Tax Holiday will be observed for the entirety of July. Nonetheless, we will implement an extension to acquaint locals with the culture of Florida.
Additionally, admissions to performances or events scheduled to take place between July 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, will be exempt from the sales tax holiday.
This includes sporting events, live music performances, ballet recitals, plays, circuses, and festivals.
